Windblown

The wind will come. The question is whether it will determine where you go.

Faith isn’t the absence of fear, it’s choosing to trust what God has said when everything around you gives you a reason to doubt. Peter had a choice to keep his eyes on Jesus or sink beneath the waves. James warns that doubt leaves us tossed by the wind. Jehoshaphat faced an impossible battle and chose to seek God, stand on His promise, and move forward in faith.

Storms are inevitable, but we get to choose what we’re anchored to.

Hold to His promises or sink beneath your circumstances. Move in faith or be tossed by the wind.

When the wind blows, don’t let it change what you believe about God. Fix your eyes on Jesus, stand on His Word, and keep moving in faith.
